Advanced cardiac life support, or advanced cardiovascular life support, often referred to by its acronym, "ACLS", refers to a set of clinical algorithms for the urgent treatment of cardiac arrest, stroke, myocardial infarction, and other life-threatening cardiovascular emergencies.
Why do I need to join the course?
The main aim of ACLS is to allow doctors & Nurses to administer care to adults that are facing cardiac and pulmonary arrests. This course not only equips them with the skills to care for such patients, but it also allows them to diagnose such problems as well as other cardiopulmonary emergencies.
